Challenge

West Country accountants and financial planners Old Mill were looking to deliver timely and eye-catching email communications on tax to clients and prospects. They wanted a solution which would allow them to create their own email campaigns on demand and track any recipient responses.

Solution

Email templates were designed to be consistent with Old Mill’s existing branding while allowing for simple browser based updates of text and images through Cognique’s hosted email marketing system. Changes were also made to Old Mill’s website to allow marketing staff to easily add the full articles which were referenced in each email newsletter.

Outcome
