Jo Christoforides email marketing

Challenge

Wells bridal wear designer Jo Christoforides contacted Cognique in October 2010 to ask if we could help promote her November designer dress sale. She thought an email campaign might work but didn’t know where to start, and needed something which would deliver a good return on investment quickly.

Solution

With the quote approved, we designed two email templates; one for the sale and another for a newsletter, and set them up on Jo’s account in our email marketing system. We then imported Jo’s existing opted-in prospect list and walked Jo through sending the designer dress sale campaign. Once the campaign was sent, we showed Jo how she could track user activity in the campaign reports built into the system.

Outcome
