Stoberry Lettings branding

Challenge

Since acquiring a Wells based letting agency two years prior, Managing Director Rosanna Phelps felt it was time to rename and reposition the business to align it with her highly professional ethos. The existing name, SF Lettings, did nothing to convey the significant changes made to the business since it changed hands.

Solution

Seeking advice from a number of sources, Rosanna approached Cognique looking for guidance. Various names were considered and researched before a single name, with strong local provenance, was suggested to the client: Stoberry Lettings.

The name struck a chord and discussions between the client and Cognique led to the development of an evolutionary identity based on colours and fonts of the former name to allow for a subtle transition. This identity was applied to a range of stationery, including letterhead, compliments slip and business cards. A high quality brochure and matching folder were also designed and printed by Cognique. Finally, shop facade and custom vehicle livery were designed and artwork supplied for application by a specialist.

Outcome
