AllGlass & Glazing website

Established in Crewkerne, Somerset over 30 years ago, AllGlass & Glazing is a trusted local supplier for replacement windows, doors, conservatories, porches, fascias, soffits, guttering and garage doors.

Unfortunately their existing glazing website didn’t reflect the quality of their products and the professionalism of their service. Few enquiries were received through the site as it was not search optimised and was rarely updated due to the difficulties in making any changes. In addition the website was not designed with a responsive layout to fit a range of devices including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

We worked with the business owners on a structured plan to redesign and redevelop the site based on how visitors would find and use it. This started with us understanding who the customers are, what products they buy and why. The result of this was a customer focused site structure, navigation and responsive page layouts. Before we designed the site we worked with the client to develop appropriate content and search optimised text. This enabled the initial mockups designed for the client’s approval to be as realistic as possible. Following the design approval, the site was developed on a customised version of the WordPress content management system using a bespoke theme. Once we had populated the site with the final content we previewed it to the client so they could review and make any final changes prior to going live. After the site was launched we provided training on updating the site in addition to ongoing support.
