Having been let down in the past, Heritage Heating wanted a marketing agency they could trust to drive their business ambitions. Here’s the story so far.
Heritage Heating needed a new website. The old website didn’t represent the scope of their services or business expertise, it was difficult to navigate, it wasn’t generating quality leads, and it was going to hold us back from delivering an effective digital marketing strategy.
Working with Heritage’s business goals in mind, we planned, designed, and developed an entirely new bespoke WordPress website; a website that put the needs of the business and the user front and centre.
With the new website live, our focus turned to retained marketing. We worked closely with Heritage Heating, agreeing and documenting the marketing goals. These marketing goals included a shift from repeat to new business, an increase in enquiries from new and existing customers, and getting the website to page one of Google for specific keyword phrases.
We then created a marketing strategy to meet these goals, using a powerful combination of SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, and Social Media Marketing – all set across a specific timeline.
Like many of our clients, Heritage Heating have access to their own secure online marketing dashboard. From anywhere, at anytime, Heritage Heating can log into their dashboard and view the results of the marketing as it happens and the affect it’s having on website performance and engagement.

Within weeks, SEO and Content Marketing put Heritage Heating on page one of Google for the search terms ‘factory heating’ and ‘warehouse heating’. Traffic to the website from Social Media Marketing jumped 328% and LinkedIn impressions increased 849%. The Google Ads campaigns, combined with organic SEO, were particularly effective, generating over 130 valuable conversions in less than 10 months.
The numbers are impressive, but what are the true business benefits? To date, Heritage Heating have had over 200 new business enquiries and 141 applications for Free Site Surveys via the website. The majority of these are new customers rather than existing ones – proof that our tailor-made marketing campaign is bringing the right people to the Heritage Heating website.
