Motiv-8 run funded Government programmes (often commissioned through the Department of Work and Pensions, via Job Centre Plus), delivering their services through expert coaching and individual engagement. This unique approach focuses entirely on the needs of the individual; helping to inspire, motivate and ultimately give them the confidence to take their own action. Motiv-8 needed a new website that would support their business and showcase their abilities, the way they work and who they work with.
Motiv-8 have a strong internal identity: the team are proud of the work they do, the results they achieve and the organisation they work for. However, these positives weren’t being projected outwardly and part of that was due to a historic identity that no longer represented the business. Working closely with Motiv-8, Cognique designed a logo that mirrors the company’s reputation, the team’s expertise and inspires both credibility and confidence.
“Clean design and clear messaging: we want to highlight that people are our priority, that ‘Every Individual Matters’. That’s something we strongly believe in”. Those comments influenced the design and development of the new website. Website speed, accessibility, the ability for staff to easily add content; all of these features were part of the build. But ultimately the website had to evidence Motiv-8’s superb reputation and breadth of expertise.
Social Media marketing began with auditing existing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Social Media accounts, making sure they were all visually consistent with the Motiv-8 brand and the new website. The Social Media strategy focused on building brand awareness, communicating with strategic partners and showcasing case studies that promoted positive outcomes.
