Nige has been lending his Graphic Design skills to Cognique since 2008, and took the role of Managing Director in 2016. A strong believer in the power of professional networking, Nige knows the value of developing strong relationships with clients and team members.

Nige enjoys collaborating with the Marketing team at the early consultative stages of a project; helping map the strategy that will deliver the goals for business growth. He still finds time for the creative side of his role, creating brand guidelines, concept boards for social media and advertising campaigns.

Something that brings Nige immense job satisfaction is watching the Cognique team in action and delivering on the promises made to clients. As MD, a large part of his role is winning new business and earning the trust of new clients and it’s a lot easier to sell something when you know it works and delivers real commercial value.

Cognique has enjoyed consistent growth over the last 20 years and Nige has ambitious plans that will attract fresh talent to the team and add new clients to their portfolio.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Nige listening to live music – heavy metal (the louder the better) is a particular favourite. When he and wife Ange aren’t catching up with their two grown-up kids, they love cycling, walking and taking a holiday somewhere sunny.
